Having seen the company grow over the last 30 years, Bruce has ensured that product and print innovation remains at the heart of what we do, yet being under-pinned with an environmental awareness and consideration.

The home in which Windles resides has multiple ‘green’ credentials, which not only supports our company directly, but also out to all our clients. Bruce is Windles…Windles is Bruce. We always welcome visitors to come and see the genuine enthusiasm for production at our home in Thame.

In my personal life I am happily married with two gorgeous boys Alfie and Billy. My dedication and drive at work is partly as a result of wishing to provide the best quality of life for my family that I can.
