Bruce Podmore

Bruce is our MD and a true leader of the business. His constant wanting to do more, and be more, flows throughout Windles. Having seen the company grow over the last 30 years, Bruce has ensured that product and print innovation remains at the heart of what we do, yet being under-pinned with an environmental awareness and consideration.

The home in which Windles resides has multiple ‘green’ credentials, which not only supports our company directly, but also out to all our clients. Bruce is Windles…Windles is Bruce. We always welcome visitors to come and see the genuine enthusiasm for production at our home in Thame.

Andrea Norcott

Andrea is a passionate leader always seeking to empower people to achieve their personal best. She has implemented a strategy to our Sales programme which has enabled us to constantly measure ourselves and improve year on year. Good customer service is imperative to maintaining existing business and winning new accounts and through people management Andrea is always in the pursuit of excellence.

Within the business I have been affectionately nick-named “Angry Bird” probably as a result of my impulse reactions when things do not quite go to plan.

In my personal life I am happily married with two gorgeous boys Alfie and Billy. My dedication and drive at work is partly as a result of wishing to provide the best quality of life for my family that I can.

Mark Armston

Although Mark is new to the print industry, he has had over 13 years’ experience of working in the Paper Merchanting Industry. Mark brings to Windles experience of Business Systems and Processes and is looking forward to continue the development of Management Information System and the growth of the Business Intelligence within Windles.

Outside of work, Mark is a Season Ticket Holder at Leicester Tigers and enjoys going to Rock Festivals & Concerts; both in the UK and Europe.


Merryn Saint

Merryn joined Windles in July 2018 and is now our Finance Manager. Merryn is also currently studying towards her CIMA (Chartered Institute of Management Accountants) qualification. With bags of previous experience working in finance for a manufacturing company, you are in safe hands with Merryn. Oh, and just to mention, Merryn studied Physics at university. Smart cookie!!

Outside of working hours, Merryn’s Interests include attending live music events, cooking, travel, fitness and cross country running, as well as long dog walks.

Emma-Louise Allen

Emma joined the sales team at Windles having worked in print for over thirteen years previously. Her role is to ensure that our customers are serviced to the highest levels. Emma is known for her infectious smile and enthusiasm.

She’s proud to be part of such an innovative and forward-thinking company, which keeps her on her toes.

Outside of work Emma is a Dog-Mum to Pickle the Cavapoo. She can often be found singing karaoke, rather tiddly on spiced rum, or pottering around the garden.

Ian Kear-Bertie

Ian (or KB as he is known in the company) is the creative focal point of Windles. He loves to get hold of a good design brief and develop ideas that are both functional and visually captivating. Ian looks after the design and marketing collateral as well supporting Windles' clients with creative support.

In his spare time he loves cycling, and this year has planned a 5 day trip to cycle over the French Alps, including the highest road in Europe at 2778metres.

He also loves a good sandwich and fresh coffee.


Paula Smith

Paula is Executive Assistant. She joined the business in March this year and supports Bruce in the day-to-day running of his office. She also supports the Board of Directors. She is new to the print industry but is learning fast!

Away from work, Paula enjoys a nice glass of Bollinger. Plus, spending time with friends having afternoon tea. At weekends, enjoys watching football and F1.

Michelle Mills

Michelle loves being part of the Windles’ team. It is really important to her that the company’s ethos is one of professionalism, always being ahead innovatively and with lots of warmth and care. If she’s not working on a marketing project, she’ll be working with new customers ensuring their products are manufactured according to their expectations.

Outside of work Michelle enjoys parenting, travel - both at home and abroad, and cooking.

Simon Burt

Simon is a big Fulham fan and loves watching football in his spare time. His latest hobby is climbing mountains - with Mount Snowdon already ticked off his list of ‘big climbs’. He also loves spending time with friends and family. Simon is a great communicator with a wealth of experience in the retail sector which has provided many transferrable skills to assist the Internal Sales Team and to the Print Industry.


Ben Brierley

Ben joined Windles in late 2017 after 9 years working in advertising, and he’s not looked back since. He has a real enthusiasm for his role at Windles and is motivated to give the best service possible.

In Ben’s spare time he enjoys a balance of keeping fit, socialising with friends and family, and holidays abroad.

Antony Woodward

Antony joined Windles in June 2017, having previously worked in customer services for 11 years. He is an Arsenal fan and likes socialising with friends, as well as travelling and seeing new places.

John Ruffalls

John's life has been dedicated to the printing industry where many moons ago he supplied ink to Windles! He has been a key part of the customer service team and his commitment never falters.

Outside of work John is a rugby enthusiast, he’s rather partial to a good pint and enjoys his regular boy’s weekends away.


Becky Noble

Becky has worked in print for over thirty years. She is absolutely committed to her customers and a great asset to the team.

When Becky is not working she is always up at the crack of dawn taking care of her horses and collection of dogs.

Casey Wallington

If there is one word that sums up Casey…organised!! With 7 years experience of arranging hospitality and events in the wedding industry, Casey has relished bringing these skills to Windles and to broaden her print and production knowledge. Her enthusiastic attitude has fitted right in to our ethos. Away from work, Casey loves to keep fit by heading to the gym, and then relaxing with friends once the treadmill has been worn out.

Nicky Marshall

Nicky joins the Windles Group as Key Account Manager. With over 25 years of experience in litho printing, covering the areas of packaging, greeting cards, commercial, POS and corrugated.

Nicky is married to Dean, and have a teenage daughter together…oh and a dog. Time out side of work is shared between nights out with friends and family, holidays away and the odd glass of a tasty, crisp chilled Sauvignon.

Nicky brings some great ideas and knowledge to the Windles team, and can’t wait to explore all the new things that we can offer.


Craig Dougan

Craig is Mr Packaging. With 25 years experience across packaging and commercial print, Craig brings yet another fantastic skillset to the Windles folio. His previous structural packaging design experience helps him to better collaborate with clients, to create beautiful, yet practical packaging solutions for their products.

Outside of work I am a father to two busy young boys. On the very rare occasions when I have a free minute to myself, I like to kick back with a cold beer and rock out on one of my many guitars.

Stephanie Jones

Steph joins the team at Windles, bringing with her an expert customer service level, and an in depth background of digital print. Steph has a very calm demeanour, bringing a cool head when the work pressures are on.

Aside of work she loves to travel, ticking as many cities off her to-see list as possible.

She also likes to enjoy long walks in the countryside, going out for dinner with friends and trips to Ibiza for the love of dance music!
